It is interesting that while Vergelegen Mediclinic (shown with an H in a pink block on the righthand side of the Google Map) was disastrously flooded, Old Bridge Tavern in Main Road, right on the river next to South Africa’s second oldest bridge, wasn’t affected at all. Bridgewater Street was totally flooded.
